How often do you water this plant?...when it is drying on ends like that it usually means not enough water...consistancy is everything, so I would advise you to pull it out of pot and look at soil to see how wet or dry it is at the bottom of plant.if it is very dry then get a glass and put 3 tablespoons of epsom salt in it , then fill glass up with water and water thoroughly( and then water just a little every week after that)....but on the other hand if when you pull plant out and it is wet at the bottom then you need to cut back on watering. Also light is a factor...morning sun is best
